Terms and ConditionsA $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date. A 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to the event with the remaining balance due 3 days prior to delivery. Due to the nature of our menu, a minimum of 30 guests are required to book a dessert party. We request a final count of your guests 7 days prior to your event. We will do our very best to accommodate last minute changes when possible. Additional fees may apply.Cancellations made prior to 30 days will receive a full refund, less the $75 booking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days will receive a 50% refund less the $75 booking fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will be assessed a surcharge of 30% of the total bill and will be issued a in the form of a credit towards future use.As a courtesy to our guests, we accept cash, company checks and most major credit cards.With the exception of tax exempt organizations, a 7% tax will be added to the final bill. For parties that require servers, an 18% gratuity will be added to the bill to ensure you receive the highest quality of service.
