What makes Rubies Cheesecakes Pleasantly Addictive?
A Taste of Rubies Cheesecakes are made from scratch using only the finest
and freshest ingredients. Our products contain no preservatives or artificial
flavorings, and are made fresh, resulting in an irresistible taste that keeps
customers wanting more and more.
How many servings are in a cheesecake?
Our 8 inch cakes are approx 2lbs and can provide up to 12 servings depending
on how you choose to slice it. Our Cheesecake Minis provide 12 individual
servings. Our Standard Party Platters provide about 40 pieces. Our Premium
platters provide about 25 servings.
What is the best way to cut a whole cheesecake?
Use a warm knife dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef's knife
or cake knife works best. Wipe the knife with a damp towel or napkin in between
each slice to ensure a smooth cut.
How do I store my cheesecake after I have received it?
We suggest keeping your cheesecake refrigerated until ready to serve.
What is the shelf life of my cheesecake?
Fruit topped cheesecakes have a shelf life of 3-5 days (because we use
real fresh fruit, NO PRESERVATIVES). Non-fruit topped cakes will last about
a week in your refrigerator. Cakes can also be frozen for about six months.
We do not recommend freezing cakes topped with strawberries as they tend to
get very soggy when defrosting due to the high water content.
What if I have nut allergies?
Please note, while only a selection of our menu items contain nuts, all
desserts are made in the same facility; therefore have the potential of being
exposed to nuts. We caution you against consumption of any of our products
if you have nut allergies.
FAQS Ordering
When will I receive my order?
We try to process your order as soon as possible. Orders received by 12pm
will be processed on the next delivery or shipping day. We ship and deliver
Monday-Friday. Your order is delivered as part of a route based on zip codes,
please view our list of scheduled delivery routes to see when we will be in
your area next. Standard shipping is 2-day service available for shipments
sent Monday-Wednesday for delivery Wednesday-Friday. Overnight and Saturday
delivery rates are also available.
How will my order arrive?
If shipped, they will be shipped frozen in specially designed packaging
to safely transport your products. They will ship with ice paks. Your order
will be cool upon arrival and is perfect for immediate consumption, refrigeration
or freezing. Remove product from Styrofoam packaging and store or consume
as desired. If delivered, your order will arrive via our refrigerated van
in a white bakery box tied with Rubies Red signature ribbon.
Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking information?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with
your scheduled delivery window of choice. When your order is shipped, you
will receive order tracking information. You can use this information to track
when your package is shipped and to inquire when it arrived.
How secure is my information when ordering?
Our ordering process is a secured electronic transaction designed to protect
your vital information.
What do you do with my information?
Any information that you give to us through this site is kept within our
company. We do not sell or distribute our contact lists or client lists to
anyone. The information is solely used to help understand our customers, reply
to comments suggestions or concerns, and to better direct promotions. Your
privacy is important to us.
FAQS Delivery
When is my order going to be delivered?
Your order is delivered as part of a route based on zip codes, please view
our list of scheduled delivery routes.
If we don’t currently deliver to your zip code, you may choose to have
your order delivered to work instead of home or come by during our pick up
hours
What if no one is home when my order is delivered?
If no one is home to receive your order, we will leave a note advising
that your order will be held during our pickup hours for up to 2 business
days. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders that are not picked
up after 2 business days.
Will my delivery charge be refunded if no one is home when my order is
delivered?
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your delivery charge if no
one is home during your scheduled delivery window. However, we will gladly
hold your order for pickup for up to 2 business days.
What if I am out of the delivery area?
If you are out of our delivery area, you may come visit us during our pick
up hours: Tues/Thurs 11-7 and Sat 10-2. Address: 121 Pinegrove Ave, Somerset
NJ, 08773 (we are located behind the East Franklin Fire Dept).
If you are out of our delivery area, and would like to place a volume order
($200+), please call 732-317-1585 to make arrangements. We cover all of NJ,
and some parts of NY & PA.
Tip: Order with a bunch of friends, family or co-workers to easily qualify for a Volume Order Delivery!
When will you deliver to my area?
We are working on expanding our service area. As we add zip codes, we’ll
notify our customers that we are delivering in their area. With that said,
we encourage you to join our mailing list so that we know you are out there.
What if I am planning an event and need to make Special delivery arrangements?
We understand that on occasion you may need to make special delivery arrangements
if you are having a party or event. Please contact us directly at 732-317-1585
and we will try to work with your event schedule.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Our customers are our number one priority, therefore it is our goal to
make sure that all of our guests are 100% satisfied. If, for some reason,
you are not fully satisfied with any item you have ordered, please call
732-317-1585 and we will issue you a credit.
