A Taste of Rubies was born out of the undying love that people had for Ruby’s mother’s Strawberry Cheesecake.  It was the most requested dessert at family gatherings.  As Ruby grew older, her mother passed on to her the honorable duty of making the prized Strawberry Cheesecake.  With her mother's Strawberry Cheesecake as a foundation, Ruby began experimenting with other ingredients and expanded into a variety of delicious gourmet cheesecakes.  In October of 2005, A Taste of Rubies was born.

A Taste of Rubies Cheesecakes are available in the following varieties:

Serves about 12 individuals, are elegantly packaged in a classic white box accented with beautiful red Satin Ribbon

ATOR Cheesecake Minis:
Our mini cheesecakes sold by the dozen, elegantly packaged in a classic white box accented with beautiful red satin ribbon.

ATOR Premium Party Platters:
Are assorted and presented on a beautiful party platter.

ATOR Party Favors:
Mini cheesecakes individually packaged in their own box and accented with ribbon (a variety of colors available to choose from).
